This game will give students addition word problems. You will read the word problem to the students and then they will quietly answer the math independently. You can give students manipulatives or have them draw pictures to help answer the math problems. Then, they will raise their hands when they think they have the answer. The more word problems that they get right, the more points they will receive. If you split your students up, the team to win should receive a prize such as a pencil or a sticker.
